I heard string cheese was good. anything with a little sugar.Because some people can't tolerate different things.It may be something you enjoy that other people get sick from.

 I will occasionally have a bag of 100 calorie popcorn (regular or kettle) and it hasn't posed any problems.   I also will have some soy chips and hummus or a few crackers and peanut butter.

I haven't tried popcorn yet. MMMMmmmmMMMMMM

I got some whole wheat club crackers and I like to dip them in spaghetti sauce.

Hi! I do the crackers and hummus, crackers and laughing cow, pepporoni and cheese slices, protein bars, canned fruit or fresh fruit, goldfish, jerky, granola bar, sunflower seeds things of that nature =]

OMG...theres small 100 calorie packs of EVERYTHING now!
I treat myself to something tasty every day to keep from ever feeling deprived....today it was some rockin wasabi soy almonds...I think tomorrow is a chocolate day...lol...who knows
